Feel free to ask for a design proof to review before you decide to buy. We don't charge any extra cost for this!

We want you to love your purchase! If anything feels off, message us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because all our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us—please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

For items requiring a design proof:

- Production starts only after you approve the proof.

- Delays in approval may extend processing time.

- If there was no further instruction from you within 16 hours, we would have to proceed with production to meet delivery deadline.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the item

- A photo of the packaging

- Your order number

We will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

If we made a mistake (wrong name, wrong design, wrong color, etc.), we will gladly replace it for free.
If the personalization provided by the customer was incorrect, we can offer a discounted remake.

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Full refund will be applied.

After that, we often begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation. Still, please reach out to us, we'll try to help you as much as we could!

If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier but is not received:

- We recommend contacting your local post office first, as they can often help locate the item.

- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we may offer a discounted replacement.

Because each item is custom made, we’re generally unable to accept returns. However, we can offer a partial refund of up to 70%.

If you choose to return the item at your own cost in special situations, a full refund will be granted.
